Excellent service from start to finish! I got a quote over the phone after the gentleman recommended tires that would work with how I use my car and had an appointment scheduled for 12/30. I was able to bring in my car the same day I made my appointment, 12/27, after calling back to let them know one tire was now flat and would just make it to their shop after I put a bit more air in it. My car was finished on 12/29, a day early! I didn’t need the car, and let them know when I turned over the key, but they were able to get it done ahead of time. The quote I received over the phone was exactly what I paid. Everyone is very nice there and they have great customer service! Highly recommend Jerry’s Tires if you’re in need of new tires!

I should have done this review several months ago. We bought a relatively expensive set of tires for our car. We didn’t like the road noice. After 3 months, Jerry’s convinced Michelin to give us another style tire/tread pattern for a small fee and our probably was solved.

Great prices. Can find any tires. Quick service. Pretty good waiting room. Great location.

Friendly; on time; and competitive pricing. I am especially appreciative that they care enough about their customers to require masks and social distancing. When I went in to get a bid, and when I went back to get my tires installed, I did not see any employees who were not wearing masks.

The only place I will take my family's vehicles to for tire service. Reliable and great service. Been their customer since 1987.
