Great small community nestled in Glen carbon the manager is hard working and has a great relationship with tennants

My husband, our two kids, and I moved to this park a little over a year ago from out of state.. since we have lived here, we have had nothing but welcoming neighbors, landlord/manager, and an awesome maintenance crew! The park is always very clean and very presentable! When we first moved here, we were a little hesitant about moving to a mobile home park BUT, this is the cleanest and most welcoming community I have ever lived in. Maintenance has never had an issue coming out to fix anything the same day I call the manager, Jackie. Servan and Ryan came out the same day and fixed my issue & asked if there was anything else that needed looked at while they were here! They were both very professional and respectful of my home, kids, and pets.. All my neighbors are super friendly.. all the neighborhood kids play together and everyone watches our for one another. I definetely recommend this park to anyone who is looking for a family friendly area! Very welcoming, family friendly community with an awesome park manager and maintenance crew!!

It's a nice community with friendly neighbors. There isn't any problems with the law or questionable people. Had a little boy knock on my door after moving in to see if I had any children his age - was incredibly polite. My neices and nephews love voting and playing outside.
