  Got me in and out on a Saturday an hour and a half after calling. Everything you hear about Prairie Street is 100% true. One of the best local shops you'll find.

  I was referred to Brad by a family friend. I see why he has so many great reviews, he is a very knowledgeable mechanic on ALL car brands. My check engine light came on over the weekend, dropped it off to brad Tuesday without an appointment and was expecting my car to be there for at least a couple days. (Which I was totally okay with considering I had no appointment) he fixed my car the same day, and was reasonably priced. He worked on my last car, and has now fixed things on this one. I would much rather take my car to him over a big fancy dealership to get the run around. If you need your car fixed fast, and want the job done right go to prairie street auto. Thank you Brad and your team!

  Prairie Street Auto is a unique place that is a great asset to a small town. Not only are Brad and his knowledgeable, go above and beyond, are super fast at completing work, but they are honest and do not price gouge. You can be sure to trust them. I've been going to him for years now and he's always been great on multiple vehicles and I refer him to everyone.
  
  I recently sold a vehicle I had that the buyer had taken to a larger, more known "competitor" to have a diagnostics ran on the car and had the company produced a parts and labor proposal of roughly $3,500 in repairs that needed to be done. This seemed a bit odd to me so I took it to Brad for a second opinion. I brought their proposal in so Brad could match it up with his. To Brads findings, he realized that they were just going to replace everything that came back on the codes whether it was a problem or not. After properly diagnosing the issues, Brad determined exactly what was wrong and was able to do the repairs for less than $500. Yes... Seven times less than what the other company had quoted. He went on to tell me that he had seen similar stuff from other bigger companies on proposals that customers had brought in.

  Listen very closely everybody. Brad at Prairie Street Auto without a doubt is one heck of a mechanic and has done things for me that I would have happily paid him for but they were short little things and he took damn good care of me not only that but he takes terrific care of my brother-in-law and sister as well. I'm more than highly recommend Prairie Street auto to anybody and everybody. Thanks Brad

  After getting the run-a-around at some places, I once again came to Prairie Street Auto to get my problems solved. Kept me informed, prices very reasonable, and used their experience to give a fair rational choice as to the best way to repair the vehicle for the long haul. I will certainly send more business their way.
