(October 15, 2019, 9:48 am)Well usually i would not do this but ive just been called by the insurance company of the Kroger company. Sept 23rd i was walking out of the Ruler foods here in granite city. There is a trip hazard by the ramp coming out of the store and of course i found it and my shoe caught the corner of the chipped concrete. Needless to say 3 cracked ribs and jammed shoulder later they have the nerve to tell me it isnt a hazzard and it was my fault i fell. Denied my claim!! WTH...also its about 1/4 of an inch deep by the way. I will deal with the owners of the property. Maybe they will man up and do whats right. I WILL NEVER GIVE RULER MY BUSINESS AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO. Their manager, who was extreamly nice, said she has reported this problem at least 3 times and her dm has too and it is STILL not fixed. Sad!!!
