I ordered one of their kits about 4 years ago. Called and emailed for an update several times. Didn’t receive a response. So as it stands they stole like $400 from me.

Rick, knows his stuff. Absolute pleasure to talk to. Just a wealth of information when it comes to Polaris two strokes.

It's a Sunday night and Rick has been nothing but professional and curious to me about my broken top end of my ATV. I'm very impressed with how professional he is over the phone, the amount of experience really shows online and on the phone. I was pleasantly surprised by this whole experience. Thank you rick, and hopefully I don't have anymore issues, but if I do I won't call anyone else ever again. What a great guy!

Rick Ritter does the best engine work around, but on top of that he's an incredibly nice guy to deal with. He is always willing to talk on the phone, and answer questions. No matter how busy he is he takes care of his customers. Great mechanic, top notch human being with excellent customer service.
