Wellcreek Pharmacy - Bethalto

I hope I never move so I can always use WellCreek!! I switched from Walgreens after a few bad experiences and ever since I realized that I forgot what great customer service at a pharmacy looks like. They are very proactive with insurance and refills, they are great on the phone! My wife and I have several Rxs a month and this team does it well every time!!!

They are so nice, fast, friendly and they make me feel like they know who I am. So much better than the big chain pharmacy that I hate and glad I no longer have to use. In response to somone else saying something about a rude woman there, there was as one time but I believe she's gone now and the remaining staff are amazing

We love this pharmacy SO much! A very welcome addition to our little town. Nice convenient hours and I love that they have a drive-thru option. Bruce is awesome, Tim is awesome, as well as the rest of the staff- I have never met anybody unpleasant, and they treat you like friends and family! They have really helped us save some money when they are able to do so. Do yourself a favor and switch over here, if you haven't already done so!

Best pharmacy around! Go out of their way to make sure you get your medication on time and work with Md. Office when issues. Bruce came from Kmart and is awesome,Tim,Trish heck they all are! And if you aren't mobile, they deliver. I honestly feel like family, they ask about family members including the 4 legged ones and sincerely care about their customers and their needs! If you need a pharmacy you can trust, this is for certain the one. 5 stars for sure ⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐💚
