Justin was friendly, courteous, and attentive. He made buying the car easy, explaining each step of the process and doing what he could to make it go smoothly, quickly. If you're in the market for a new car or a fair deal on a used one, I recommend you drop by Federico Kia and ask for Justin. I expect you'll be pleased. We were.

(November 6, 2020, 10:55 am)Buying a new car is exciting and scary but Doug and his team made everything smooth and simple and made me feel at ease with everything. They helped me get a better interest rate then my own credit union without running my credit through a million companies. They really know what they are doing. They went over all the extra warranties in details but didn't make me feel at all pressured to buy anything. Doug even stayed after they were closed to show me how all the features on the car work. I would definitely go there again. Thank you Doug. I LOVE my new car!

We have all is our recalls done there so much so that, now if there's a recall they reach out to us and ask us if we are aware of the new recall and if/when we are bringing it in for fix as well as loaning is loaner vehicles if it's more than a 1 day job, that in itself is a great experience and offer of customer service.
The staff is consistent and followed up to see how things are going about a week after you've had something done and also does reminder calls for service and/or repairs, if you ask for one.
They truly how staff that doesn't mind to go far above and beyond when it comes to customer service at this dealership.
The inside has a lounge for seating if you have a short service, so that you can relax and grab a drink
