We rented a property in Alton for approx 6.5 years. The owners were responsive when issues would arise. Once our central air blew a capacitor. They called the HVAC company on a Sunday and came out same day to fix it. I have health issues and cannot tolerate heat. I thought we would be waiting a few days for the repair. I was very surprised and most appreciative. We only had a few maintenance issues during our time living there. The owners always sent maintenance over to repair in a reasonable time frame. Our house was in good shape overall. The only reason we moved is because we decided to buy a home. The rent was very reasonable for the size of the home. If I ever need to rent again, I would call them first to see what they have available. Thank you for being attentive landlords!

I rent a house from 43 properties. I have been renting with them for almost a year and love it. The property manager, Cindy, is absolutely amazing! I have nothing but great things to say about her and the company. Any issues I have had Cindy has went above and beyond to fix them promptly. If you are looking for a new rental I highly recommend.

I've been living in the same place for 6 years. I love how everything is easily accessible. Groceries, pharmacy, hospitals, schools, emergency services and etc. I could almost say it's the perfect neighborhood. The property manager is great, works well with tenants under any circumstances. Maintenance can handle any and all issues within a timely manner. Super friendly. Highly recommended.
