“Vivid and his wife were absolutely AMAZING! I went there to get my septum pierced and my 6 year old daughter's ears pierced. It took him all 10 seconds to get mine all done. My daughter's on the other hand? About an hour or longer of all of us trying to bribe, comfort, and convince her it'll all be okay. The patience and care they showed for me and especially my daughter was truly amazing! Especially with my daughter completely freaking out and terrified! Until it was all done and over with! She's very proud of her results as well as myself!! Would definitely recommend them and the shop! Thank you guys a TON again for helping us get through one of my daughter's big life milestones!! 🙏”

Stephen was fantastic answering our questions and giving us a very detailed estimate so we would not have any surprises on the final bill. He also helped us select the appropriate technology and he explained why and how every single piece would accomplish what we wanted from it. Stephen had all of it ordered and ready to install on the date he gave us, so we were appreciative that he coordinated everything to meet the deadline. Jesse and his team were outstanding in their in-home installation. They arrived when expected and immediately got to work. They did not leave until everything was in working order and all of our questions were answered. They demonstrated how to use the equipment and spoke to us on a level that we could understand, which is rather basic. Every single member of the MDB team is always more than willing to answer questions and assist in any way. Over the years, we have called them with periodic questions, and they have been happy to help, despite the fact that we were not actively purchasing equipment at those times. I highly recommend MDB.”
