  I have purchased plenty of items from this jeweler. Patrick has great customer service. He was efficient. Has great selection, and went well beyond to accomadate me and my needs . I’ve purchased diamond earrings for my daughter for her 16th birthday. Made it simple to find the right fit. Highly recommended!!!

  This place has incredible service. Initially we used them to help with some appraisals for insurance purposes. They were fairly priced, fast, and accurate. They also provided some services on my wife's rings - again I could not have asked for better service or more reasonable pricing. They've earned a customer for life.

  I recently brought in a European silver necklace that I had snapped the chain on. My grandmother had handed it down to be about 10 years ago but had probably bought it in holland around 60 years ago. I had never seen it shine the way It did after Patrick cleaned and repaired it. Unfortunately I took the chain home and the first night it had snapped again. I brought it back and Patrick offered to repair the chain once again as well as order me a new one free of charge. My original chain was 17 inches and he was only able to order an 18 or a 16inch chain but had ordered the 18 and taken off the extra inch for me. Again free of charge. What an AWESOME experience. On top of the excellent customer service the original jewelry repair and cleaning was only a third of the price of Roger's and Holland's, and was worked on in shop unlike Kay. Highly recommend. ????????????????????

  I came to Patrick looking for an engagement ring. I knew from the start that I wanted it to be custom made. Patrick was very helpful and patiently walked me through design choices for the ring and the band. He was the only jeweler I talked to that got in the stone cut how I wanted it for me to see in person. He also exceeded my price expectations. He even offered to replace a lost stone from my mom's wedding ring for free! And after all this, when my plans changed suddenly, he was able to push forward production at the last minute. Overall, Patrick is a great guy who couldn't have helped me more, and he deserves your business.

  This review is long overdue. My husband and I purchased wedding bands last year while it was still Midas Touch. 2 days before my wedding I went to have my engagement ring cleaned. I got to the old location and it was closed. I looked up a number for Midas Touch, called and Patrick answered. He had said they were closed and opening in their new location in about two weeks. He asked what I needed and I said just a ring cleaning but it was OK if they were closed. Without hesitation he said he would clean my ring even though they were closed and still remodeling! He gave me directions (which was right down the street) and I was there in a minute. He fired up his equipment without complaint and cleaned my ring! I couldn't believe it! No other jeweler I have been to would do that. They were still putting up a wall and he was able to clean my ring. Since then I have gone back to have my rings cleaned and he does an incredible job. I will continue to do business with them! Thank you Patrick!
