I am new to the area so this is the first salon I have been to. My experience with Kelsey at Salon Zara was awesome. She took the time to ask questions to make sure she knew what cut I wanted and everything was smooth from there. I will be headed back for another appt as everything was very professional and high quality.
I had a hair emergency I needed a hair cut and color (all over + highlights) Salon Zara got me in the same day! My stylist was Karen, she was fantastic! Great Personality and very knowledgeable in her profession. I had a picture of the hairstyle I wanted and she got it spot on! We had a great consultation, she asked all of the right questions. I am so happy with Karen and my hair! The salon was very clean, everyone there was very happy and very nice. They have a new client!!!
