Empire Electrical

The company made a timely appointment, convenient for me. Steve arrived on time, diagnosed the problem right away, made the repair, explained the fix, suggested possible future courses of action without pushing for them, described other services the company offered should we need them, and at all time was friendly, helpful, courteous, and responsible.

I requested Empire Electrical to come and check my problematic sockets and although I wasn’t comfortable with their initial appointment, they were so understanding that they gave me another appointment with the time that was convenient with me. To cut the long story short, they came as they had promised and fixed the issues. Very happy for their help.

I had some work done by Empire Electrical. They had to install a billiard table light. They had to run new wire through the the ceiling and down and exterior wall. There was no attic or crawl space to work from. The job was fantastic. In particular, the electrician, Thomas, was professional, friendly and expedient. He cleaned the work area and even vacuumed. I couldn't have asked for anyone better.
