I was in a funk and couldn’t seem to stick to anything and the same old same old just wasn’t cutting it so after dragging my feet and making excuses I tried my first class and not only did I get hooked because it was just the variety I was looking for I also found a new passion for getting fit and healthy because the owner Mary and her trainers genuinely care about the members and their success

Several work shops offered on injuries and nutrition. I have been at Trufitness for 3 weeks and have nothing but great things to say about them.

The manager Nick provides a nonstop flow of health-related information from Olympic lift form tips to what healthy food options are on sale at local grocery stores. All in all, TruFitness establishes a positive and welcoming atmosphere for anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.

(December 28, 2017, 12:09 pm)The gym is well kept and has a wide range of equipment that will make you sweat and burn. I had the opportunity to take personal training classes here with Mary and on day one I was already learning so much. Mary has helped me work towards the goals we set together and improved my quality of life overall. You will definitely get your moneys worth and then some.

(December 15, 2017, 9:57 pm)Trainers Mary & Nick are dedicated to your success. New to fitness, they’ll get you started. If you’re looking for a challenge, you’ll get that push. You can chose between boot camp classes or strength at most times. Lots of different equipment and someone to guide you not only in your workout but with nutrition as well. Members are encouraging. Large, clean space.
