  Paxem responded to my "911 call" to them for help with my elderly client who needed to move out in less than a week's time. The client's original plan fell through and I got the call and went into panic mode. Terry quickly established trust, provided superior customer service, responded to every call and text, showed patience with my client, and handled organizing the packing and moving details to 3 destinations like a pro. The packers left every room clean with boxes neatly organized and clearly labeled. The inventory lists were highly detailed and everything arrived in the right place and at the right time. I'm very thankful!

  I approached Jennifer because one of my employees was going through a very difficult time in her life. My employee’s husband had recently passed away after a long and painful battle with cancer. She was dealing with mounting bills, untold grief, her own health was deteriorating, and her mother was in the process of dying as well. Due to all of these factors, and combined with the fact that she now had only one income to rely on, she had to move as she could no longer afford the home she had rented with her late husband. With her deteriorating health, she was not physically able to lift a box, let alone furniture, and did not have any family willing to help her move.
  
  After sharing with Jennifer the details of my employee’s situation, she asked that I give my employee her card and she would handle the rest. I cautioned that my employee was having financial difficulty and Jennifer stated that her job is to help people.
  
  I can clearly remember the day that my employee reached out to Jennifer. She popped into my office and told me she had just gotten off the phone with Jennifer and that for the first time in months, she felt like someone was helping her. During the weeks that followed, Jennifer’s companies literally packed, moved, and helped dispose of my employee’s excess possessions. This was not a small job, in fact it was a very large job. Knowing that my employee was in a dire financial position, Jennifer sent my employee a bill for only $300. Jennifer’s charity covered the balance.
  
  Had I not reached out to Jennifer, I have no idea what my employee would have done. She was lost and alone and Jennifer’s family of companies helped her in a time of great need.
  
  When Jennifer stands up each week and tells us that her job is helping “her humans” it is not lip service. Moving forward, I will refer friends, family, clients and acquaintances without hesitation knowing that Jennifer will take care of them with the utmost empathy and professionalism.
