  I have been going to Dr. Paul for almost 30 years. I continue to travel over an hour with my family for all our dental needs because I trust Paul completely and love the staff. There is no better dentist.

  Dr. Palliser is an outstanding Dentist. He's always thorough and explains all treatments. His office staff and hygienests are always welcoming and professional. Going to the Dentist sucks but going to Dr. Palliser doesn't. Highly recommend this dentist!

  From top to bottom, this office is nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Palliser is the most knowledgeable and talented dentist I have ever been a patient of. If you're looking for a a new office, i wouldn't look anywhere else!!

  Appointment started right on time, friendly people, good service.
  Dr. Palliser is great! Work is done correctly, only what needs to be done is done. All options for any work that needs to be done is given to you, so you can decide what is best for you.

  Dr. Palliser has been my dentist for close to 20 years now. 17 years ago, when I moved an hour away from the Cary area, I decided that I would not look for another dentist closer to home because Dr. Palliser and his staff are the best! They are very informative, friendly, and truly care about their patients. I especially appreciate that I don't feel pain when I receive that novocaine injection! I never dread an upcoming appointment and I highly recommend this practice to everyone!
