“Always Air Inc. seriously rocked on taking care of our heating issues which started about two weeks ago. I actually have a home warranty which directed me to Always Air. On the first visit, Hal managed to take apart, lubricate and reassemble a small vacuum motor on the heating system and had our heating back up in short order. He "repaired" the motor since it was an unusual system make and no parts would be found on the truck or quickly elsewhere. Unfortunately the motor was apparently just too old, though, since it failed about four days later. But Always Air was right on it! After I called the problem back in, a quick call from Always Air let me know they were looking for a replacement motor. Later that day (Friday) one was found but seemed it would not be in hand until Monday due to its location a few hours away. We confirmed a service call for the following Monday. Well, that wouldn't be the case! Hal called me directly on Sunday (yes, Sunday!) to let me know the part had arrived earlier than expected, the previous evening, and wanted to know if we would like a little heat! Well, yes! (This was the weekend prior to the arctic blast of 30Jan19 with high temp of -15 degrees.) So Hal arrived 20 minutes later and had the new motor in place and heat blowing within a half hour. Whew! Just in time. Much thanks to Hal and Always Air for the fantastic customer service and excellent communication.”

“Appliance Marshall was the third place I had called for my Jenn-Air oven. Two other places couldn't help because it was digital and they thought my problem might be the control panel. Appliance marshall came out, figured out it was a bearing in the blower fan fairly quickly and gave me a good price. He ordered the part and returned as soon as it came in. “My husband and I met Judy right around the time we got engaged and were looking for a florist. Immediately upon meeting her, we could see how passionate and talented she was about floral design. We set up a meeting with her right away and are so grateful that we did! First of all, we had a blast working with her every step of the way! She caught on to our style right away, and she is to knowledgeable on all of the different types of flowers (and really gorgeous unique ones as well) that we trusted her to pick what she though would be best. We knew she was amazing, but were still so blown away when they walked in with everything on the day of the wedding! It was breathtaking to see the pieces of art they had created. It has been two weeks and I’m still obsessed and can’t stop looking at the photos of my bouquet and of our arch! We are forever grateful to Wildrose Floral Design for helping to make our day so beautiful. Aside from our wedding, we also go into the shop often for house plants and to order bouquets for gifts.
