  We've only had one visit to Randall Road Animal Hospital but it was definitely a 5 star visit! We loved Dr. Borchardt and we appreciated the attention and care she gave our almost 19 year old cat, Allie! Great experience!

  They Is Very Nice People In There I Didnt Have A Appointment I Walked In And Wasnt Waiting Long! Also They Will Work With You Unlike Other Animal Hospitals! I Recommend Anyone To Go There! :)

  I really appreciate that they are open 7 days a week, but don't charge those inflated emergency vet prices. Everyone there is very caring and attentive. The facility is always very clean. They are also open late, which is a huge help for people who don't get home until 5 or 6 p.m.

  All these 1 star reviews are absolutely ridiculous. They should be higher than four stars. I was very pleased by my experience. I just adopted a cat this Summer and scheduled the follow up visit with RR Animal Hospital. Dr. Borschardt (Cindy) saw us in a timely manner, was very friendly and thorough in her evaluation.
  
  Affordable pricing, especially for a college student! I love how I didn't feel pressured to get any additional treatment or vaccinations beyond routine services. They are very honest practitioners.
  
  As far as the wait, you can expect 10-15 minutes, but no longer than that. I feel like the wait time is reasonable considering the numerous patients you see coming in and out!

  Took my little guy in for blood work today. The Dr explained it all when it was over, really put me at ease. I understood it all!
  The girls behind the desk are were wonderful. Will definitely stay here, and I come here all the way from Chicago!
