  We love the afternoon open swim! This is a very nice swim facility, a slide for the kids, toys to play with, nice warm water, plus hair dryers. We love taking our kids when we are in town!

  Our toddler loves swim class! The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and she has a blast and is learning a lot!

  This place is absolutely amazing!!! My 4-year old daughter took the Booster Class (swim instruction every day for one week) and by the end of the week, she was swimming on her own, with some assistance. It was beautiful! ...I can't stop watching my videos! :)
  The staff are compassionate, friendly and patient. They have there 'method' but have made adjustments to accommodate my baby's skill level and comfort. Plus, they're really great at finding the right fit for the children and placing them in the appropriate class. The whole staff works together to be sure your child is in a class that meets his/her needs.
  We got to know Mr. Austin (AMAZING swim coach), Bailey, and Stephanie pretty well and they were all so helpful. Prior to signing up, I called a few times regarding logistics and to ask questions. They all made us feel at home before we even arrived.
  One day, Stephanie took some time to tell us about the fish (AND EEL!!! ;) ) in there aquarium!
  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Dolphin Swim Club of Crystal Lake.
  ...I'll just say that we wrapped up our sessions last week and I'm already signing up my daughter for more.
  If you want your child/children to swim, this is the place. Honestly, I can't say enough.

  We have had our 2 kids (ages 5 and 2) in lessons with Mr. Paul since January. They love him, talk about him all the time at home! The rest staff is always super friendly and very accommodating (it's June as I write this and we have changed days and times a few times since Jan.) The pool is really warm and clean. All the instructors are awesome at getting reluctant swimmers into the pool - I've seen them work their magic with other kids as well as my 2yo. They also excel at teaching water safety. I highly recommend Dolphin Swim Club in Crystal Lake, especially Mr. Paul! ????

  I was fortunate to visit the Crystal Lake Dolphin Swim Club this week to just "sit back" and observe my grandson. It amazed me how the instructors would spend quality time with each student, since classes are small for this reason. Everyone was friendly and seemed truly happy being there. I am so happy my grandson has the opportunity to be taking lessons here! Staff: Keep up the good work!!
