(April 25, 2018, 11:40 am)Our house suffered hail damage in Jul-17. I didn't know any contractors, so I waited a few weeks after I filed a claim to see who was getting the work. Seemed like 4-5 companies, so I asked a few neighbors and they recommended Gold Standard. I called them up, Drew came out and gave me his estimate. It was a lot more than what my insurance company had listed. He called and worked with the insurance company and I got a new roof, gutters, some siding, garage door, fascia around house and windows and 2 new chimneys. The cost...just my deductible. He and the office staff worked directly with my insurance company. I didn't have to do more than call and give my insurance company permission to deal with him. They were swamped all summer with claims, so the work took some time, but it did get done and done well. Plus, they've come out a couple of more times to fix issues that weren't really caused by them. Way to go above and beyond what's expected. I'm pleased with the work and the communication and will use them again and recommend to my family and friends.

(August 17, 2017, 12:00 pm)The new vinyl siding looks awesome. My house looks like it's brand new! Carmine did an excellent job taking care of the process from start to finish. The crew was very skilled and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Gold Standard Restorations.

He took the lead to meet with my insurance adjuster and act as my advocate to make sure I was getting the the proper consideration for the claim. He handled everything very professionally from beginning to end. We ultimately had a total replacement completed by a courteous, hard working team of professional installers who cleaned up each day and removed all debris, keeping our grounds looking great. We are very satisfied with the quality of our beautiful new roof and the process from beginning to end was first class!!!
