  I had taken my computer to another computer repair shop, who told me they couldn't even diagnose because the port to connect to a monitor was not good. I was then quoted a different price for labor than I was earlier in the day. Ok enough with the bad...Blake at Echelon was awesome!! He told me over the phone what he thought could be wrong and then diagnosed the problem replaced my screen with the old cracked screen so I could use the computer and has now ordered me a new Dell screen which will be installed next week after it comes in!!!! And the pet the other guy said was no good, well Blake said he used it no problem!!! Highly recommend this place!

  Fantastic shop, I have been buying various computers and electrical equipment from here for like 3 years and have no issues. The service is great, the prices are great, and the people who run the shop are great.

  You know how when you're kind of out of your element and you have to trust the mechanic when they tell you that your piffle pin and your kinuten valve need to be replaced because they're not communicating properly with the gurmometer? Yeah I didn't feel that way. Two thumbs up. Will recommend!

  We have used them recently for typical computer and software glitches and they are super responsive, send smart people to the office who figure things out quick and charge a very reasonable fee. Great group of computer savvy people. Great Job!!!
