I need to find help I didn't know where to turn I just know that I came to a point in my life where my anxiety was so bad I had to go see somebody so I thought I would try this place it took me a couple months to get where I need to be but this place saved my life and I mean that give this place to try I didn't change my medicines a couple times until we finally found the right one but it worked I'm not perfect but I'm better than what I was I've never had a problem with the staff the staff is always been very kind and friendly
I have two children who have seen Rhonda for years. She's constantly responding to emails within as day or two and the kids are absolutely in her best interest, not there to simply please the parents. She cares for her clients. The building on the other hand is probably the biggest deterrent as it's gloomy inside and just old. Needs brightened up and updated big time. (Rhonda has her office nice and welcoming)
My stars are purely for Rhonda Fried, the nurse practitioner. I have been with Mather clinic for the last 3 years and Rhonda has always listened to me and helped me out. In the beginning she took her time explaining things to me and she has always listened to me when I said I wanted to change my medicine or when something wasn’t right. As a psychology graduate, I have been very invested in my mental health and have always researched all the medicine that I was put on. That being said, Rhonda has changed medicine that I didn’t like based on my observations and what I researched.
If you’re a parent or someone whose concerned about the medicine, then I would recommend researching the medicine on google or reading forums and following up with your doctor about it. Always voice your concerns. That’s probably the best advice I could give to anyone taking psychiatric medicine.
Also, I can understand why this place has negative reviews. The ladies up in front can have a pretty bad attitude at times but it’s not all of them. And they have continuously helped me out in the past . I have been to the Woodstock location and I think they were the most rude. So again, I am not surprised by the negative reviews on here.
