After taking my Hyundai to 3 different shops for estimates, the quotes were significantly higher and one shop even tried telling me I needed parts and repairs that weren't close to being necessary! Parkside saved me $1,400 when they told me the other place was trying to scam me!
So glad I found Parkside. -

(July 1, 2015, 9:57 am)My Father-in-Law has been taking his cars to Parkside for decades now. For the past 15 or so years, I've taken my cars there too. Steve is fantastic, skilled, and usually very quick with getting repairs and service done. Parkside may not be the cheapest place (most everything he's quoted me, I've found a little cheaper elsewhere), but I know that the car will be done right once he's done with it.
I had a recent experience with an ignition coil needing replacement. It turned out there was a short in the wiring that was burning up the coils and Steve didn't find the source of the issue until after I'd already burned through two replacement coils he installed. He only charged me for one coil (despite the fact that he'd now given me a total of three new ones) and for the initial repair costs. My two subsequent visits to attempt to correct the problem he didn't charge me for. That's what I call someone who runs their business with integrity and accountability.
For someone like myself who has very little skill (and even less time) to work on my own cars, I trust Steve and Parkside with them. I would absolutely recommend Parkside to others.
