    Had my transmission resealed and clutch replaced by Doug. The job was done correctly and price was great. He is definitely someone you can trust which is hard to find in the automotive business. I will definitely refer friends and family to him.

    Doug's Transmission is the only place for transmissions in Chicagoland. There isn't enough stars to give them. My front wheel drive GMC motorhome was towed 50 miles from the rear IN PARK. Called around and discovered Doug's transmissions. and boy was I glad I did. They fixed me right up, ordered the parts, rebuilt the transmission and all in record time. Thank you.

    I like the fact that Doug rebuilds MY TRANSMISSION . . my transmission STAYS my transmission. I'm not getting an unknown trans from some mass transmission rebuilder that I know nothing about.

    Service is fast, prices competitive, and I know the OWNER is always available to talk to. As an aircraft mechanic, I know the importance of doing work right the first time!

    Got my 2004 Honda Oddesey transmission rebuilt. Good price and repair. It was nice having the personal touch of actually speaking with Doug. Also, knowing that he actually did the rebuild and not just sending out for a third party repair is nice. There weren't any surprise fees alive what he quoted. He arranged to have the vehicle picked up. It was a really smooth process. I'll keep this updated as time progresses.
