Dr Fassbinder, DVM is absolutely outstanding. He want above and beyond to take care of my dog. He took time to help educate me and answer all of my questions. Dr Fassbinder is also a excellent surgeon in addition to his superior customer service. The entire staff including the nurses took care of my dog, as if she was their own pet. I could not be more satisfied and pleased with the service I received. I will be recommending Marengo Animal Hospital and Dr Fassbinder, DVM to all my family and friends.

I moved to Marengo a few years ago and was looking around for a vet for my dog. Calling around at all the vets in nearby towns, Marengo Animal Hospital was the cheapest of anywhere I called and they were right in town so I gave them a shot.

I absolutely love them, enough to write a review!

The place itself is small and cozy, with candles burning to hide the smells that scare my dog. She is extremely anxious and shakes as soon as we walk in the door to other vets, but not here.

Everyone is so friendly and patient, and my experiences with Dr. Tom have been wonderful. He calmly and patiently explains everything he does so that I understand it, is amazing with my animals (I have brought in dogs and cats), and is fair and honest about pricing. I absolutely trust him to not do unnessesary procedures just for an extra buck, which is hard to come by these days!

I cannot stop recommending this vet to people, they are really great! An easy 5/5.

I love the staff here. Very friendly and great with my animals. Best veterinarians around. I would recommend this place to anyone.
