I worked at Heritage for 3 ½ years!!! I had an amazing experience and loved my job! My co-workers were amazing and I loved my residents. I still miss my residents and co-workers. Of course there is always change in any business and Heritage Woods is still great and I still refer families in need of assisted living to HW of McHenry! I will be forever grateful to all that I learned!! I highly recommend Heritage Woods not only for residents but also as a great place to work. Don’t let the reviews of a disgruntled x-employee fool you...I no longer am employed there as I left for a new opportunity but I still believe in HW!!
This is an amazing place to work. I have been there for 7 years and I could not ask for a better employer or environment. Our residents come first always no matter what. Anyone who thinks otherwise is sorely mistaken and is grossly inaccurate. Nothing has changed since I have been there other than, it has gotten better. Our residents are happy, healthy and well taken care of always. I would put my family members here in a heartbeat as I know our impeccable nursing staff would take great care of them.
Was a nurse..this place is best I HAVE EVER SEEN AND WILL BE A RESIDENT MYSELF WHEN NEEDED .GOD BLESS ENTIRE CARING LOVING STAFF..
