  After noticing our house which is 25 years old was no longer heating up as it should and as the weather was getting colder I decided to call Dave from Gotsch Heating and Cooling. This was on a Saturday. Dave answered polity and was on his way out for his personal time being it was a Saturday. He said I'll just stop by now and take a look. He was here I think within a 1/2 hour. Dave assessed the problem which we figured was going to be a new furnace and is was. We were put us on his schedule for Monday. He was here promptly with all the tools he needed and got straight to work. I would check in here and there asking questions and he carefully explained what he was doing and why. His attitude was cheerful and knowledgeable. At no time did I feel he was rushing or unprepared. Dave did a great job and we are very happy and warm with our new heater. I also feel confident in referring Dave and his company Gotsch Heating and Cooling to others. In fact I did. Last year after our son needed work done on a rehab and calling 4 other companies who each he told him times of a week to two with pricing that was outrageous I gave him Dave's number. My son and his wife said he did great work and was punctual and very fairly priced. Our family is very happy with Gotsch Heating and Cooling services. We recommend him at a 5 star rating.   Gotsch provided a very thorough service on my furnace. In the process they identified two potential problems, and corrected them at a reasonable rate. Thanks to Gotsch I am certain my furnace will run properly throughout the winter months.

  David and Kelly of Gotsch Heating and Cooling are, first and foremost, nice people.
  They have a small family owned business that focuses on prompt and friendly service. Dave arrived at my home at the scheduled date and time. He examined my furnace and performed seasonal preventive maintenance. While performing the routine maintenance he discovered that the humidifier was not working properly. Dave was able to repair the problem for little more than the cost of the part. I have the peace of mind knowing that my furnce will run efficiently this season. I am happy with the services completed by Dave. Gotsch Heating and Cooling really does Gotsch ya covered!

  I am impressed by the customer service and work ethic of this family business. Dave keeps increasing his knowledge of his trade. His fairness, and willingness to help other families meet the responsibilty of providing comfort for thir loved ones, will take him to great success. Trust Dave to get the job done.
