  From my first call to my mower being dropped off Novotny Sales was top notch. I needed some major work done to my Cub Cadet zero turn, Bobby laid out the options and costs, I agreed to have them pick up the mower that next Monday. Mitch called me with multiple options and a price for each, the mower was dropped off within 5 days of them picking it up, price was as quoted and the work was beyond my expectations. Mitch went through my ten year old mower meticulously, I was amazed the first time I used it, I was almost disappointed I didn't have more grass to cut.
  
  From the top down Novotny Sales is a great place with impeccable customer service and value. I recommend them highly and will never take my mower anywhere else!

  Bobby helped me make the decision on what tractor I needed. He knows the products he sells and their prices are very competitive. His employees are outstanding!

  We moved out of state and our pool chemical levels became unbalanced and pool turned green about 3 days before closing. Novotny was amazing with understanding our situation and getting out there quickly and getting the pool chemically balanced and making sure all the mechanics were operating fine. When our buyers tried weaseling an extra $1000 from us to cover what would be their routine pool care needed AFTER the pool was balanced and transitioning (which we paid for), Novotny provided us an invoice with what was done and where the pool was at and what routine needs the pool had once in the buyers care. In addition, they also went above and beyond in our situation by taking the time to speak with our realtor and the buyers regarding the situation to explain everything and educate the buyers. Everyone we worked with from Novotny were kind, patient and understanding. Thank you all!

  People here are very, very nice. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. They have everything you need for your pool and spa. They even test results of your water to let you know if you need to add or subtract a chemical to keep your pool water clean and clear. Ask for Terry or Jake, very knowledgable and pleasant.
