(December 25, 2018, 4:59 pm)On the 24th. of December I called the Line-X store at Crystal Lake. Sam answered the phone and we ended up speaking for about 20-25 minutes. I had watched a video on YouTube that had been filmed at this store and I wasn't sure where it was located so I called their phone number. Once we had established we were in separate states I asked Sam if he could ask him a few questions. He graciously agreed even though I will never be a customer of his store. He explained, in detail, the various types of Line-X products and the pro's and con's of each. He also said that Line-X requires are high level of quality or a franchise could loose it license if it failed to meet their standards. Thanks to Sam my new Ford F150 will be getting a Premium Line-X bed coating.

They have helped me with upgrades on several trucks now including; caps, truck bed organizers, bed slides, custom lighting and air bag load stabilizers. Any question or idea I had they were more than willing to find the best possible solution and carry it through completion. Highly recommended and they can count on me being a repeat customer with future trucks.

From the first time of walking in and knowing nothing about any truck bed covers, Sam educated me on all they had to offer. After narrowing down what fit me best, the turn around time and install time was amazingly fast! I have been happy ever since with my purchase decision. I came back again in search of Weather Tech Window Deflectors. Again, turn around time and install was super fast. I would highly recommend Line-X of Crystal Lake. Their service and products are the best!
