Matt and the entire team at Brilliance were easy to work with, low pressure, explained everything clearly and they had what we were looking for in stock. Highly recommend everyone here. Additionally my Mom has been going to the service department here for over 16 years, also a great experience with Brilliance service department.

It's not just PR for show, he really cares. Kevin, Lauri, Evan and Megan are just amazing people. I truly am speechless. Evan is by far the most professional, elegant and knowledgeable salesman I've worked with. His stance, the way he carries himself is second to none. Lauri is so kind and nice. Same with Megan and Kevin himself. They righted all the wrongs from before. Thank you Brilliance Honda team!

(December 13, 2018, 11:26 am)You know that slimy feeling you get walking into a car dealership where you feel like everyone there is crook? This was definitely not the case at Brilliance Honda. We visited Brilliance on November 7, 2018 and were greeted by the friendly ladies at the desk. Evan met with us and we talked about leasing options we had read about online on some of the 2018 inventory. He was also very friendly, not pushy, informative, and showed us several cars that we might be interested in. We had actually planned to re-visit two other car dealerships that day but everything worked out so perfectly at Brilliance that there we no need. Our main concern was that we owed money on our trade in but Brilliance worked with us to get us to an affordable payment, even with rolling in our existing car loan and including an affordable maintenance plan for the life of the lease. We are very impressed with Brilliance! Vince was also just as friendly, pleasant and informative. He prepared and reviewed our paperwork with us. Both Evan and Vince and the friendly faces at the desk and around the dealership made this a stress-free experience.

Matt was awesome, super friendly, very knowledgeable in the cars he had on the lot and what the cars had in them. The process was super smooth and super easy even with it being super late on a Saturday they still took care of me past the time of close! Go see Matt to get you on your new Honda! His follow up was even great! The Monday after he reached out to me asking how I like the car and truly cares about his clients!
