It was the Sunday of Labor day weekend and it was hot inside the house. I realized the air conditioner wasn't working. I left a message for Jefferson Heating & Cooling Service in the hope that I will get a call on Tuesday to set up an appointment. Josh called me and came in within 30 minutes. The air conditioner was fixed withing 90 min of my call! I truly appreciate their excellent and prompt service.

Great experience today with Josh from Jefferson. My heater broke and needed help ASAP. Spoke to nice people on the phone for a quote. Josh got over to my house within 90 minutes to assess the situation. Decided to purchase a new heater Within an hour, they dropped one off, and did a clean installation. Josh was very nice, clean and efficient. He was done by noon and my house was back to normal. I HIGHLY recommend their services.

Jefferson Heating & Cooling Service did a wonderful job installing a new air conditioning unit in a very timely manner. We were facing 90 degree weather and expecting company for the next week when our old unit froze up. The technician came in the morning to check out the problem and immediately secured two men to come that same afternoon to install the new unit. The work was done quickly, quietly and cleanly.

I contacted Jefferson when my furnace started working periodically. They came out on time. Did troubleshooting and offered a lasting solution. After much testing and some adjustments and replacing the circuit board i am finally back to normal and amazingly there were no replacement charges. Excellent service!
