My experience was very positive. The new offices are first rate and the staff was friendly and efficient. The PA, Morgan Nixon, was professional and reassuring. I was told what she was going to do and why all the way through the procedure. Overall, I would definitely recommend Derick Dermatology.
Very clean, well run office. The staff is friendly and makes sure that all of your questions are answered before your appointment is over. Check out is efficient, and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to see the person I was scheduled to see. I definitely recommend them!
Deserving of 5 stars. Every person from beginning to end had a smile on their face and a warm and friendly personality. I have terminal cancer and broke out in a rash from arms to ankle, likely caused by my nerves and an allergic reaction to some chemical, possibly in the medicine I get every three weeks. That medicine kept me alive, but with terrible itching for two months I was thinking was it worth it? My Oncologist sent me to Derick Dermatology and with patience and persistence they whacked out whatever it was doing all this to me. Before this I asked my Oncologist why he sent me to a Dermatologist so far? He said he only chooses the best Doctor's for his patients. So, seeing this "Rate and Review" in my inbox I felt they deserve a good word and said to myself, "I'll do this"

Dr. Thompson and the girls made me very comfortable. The office is beautiful. I know a few of my friends who have visited at different locations and i suggested the office in Mchenry and they have changed their appointments to Mchenry. Again the staff was very friendly.
Very convenient office and office staff was very efficient and kind. I was extremely happy with the plan they explained to me for us to move forward with my care. Very thorough and took time to explain everything.
