“I have been a member at YWF for the last 3 years. I go to many different fitness classes and I have recently started working with a personal trainer. The instructors and trainers are absolutely amazing. I love them all!!! They care about every person in their classes and make modifications for any person unable to something due to injury or ability so that almost anyone can go to any class. They not only teach you how to prevent injury but how to properly exercise/stretch certain injuries. They are supportive and encouraging and kind to everyone. The other members are friendly & supportive as well. I never thought I would ever like to go the gym but I can honestly say I love it and I actually look forward to going.”
