“We took our daughter to Dr. Simmons and I was so nervous. Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon...the title itself is intimidating! But as soon as he walked in the room he looked right at our 1 year old and talked to her. Making her feel comfortable and laugh just took all of my worries away and helped me to feel comfortable! After examining her leg, not being able to see anything on the x-ray, it was determined that she did in fact have a fracture in the tibia and she would have to wear a cast for 3 weeks. After the 3 weeks she was completely healed and began walking independently about 2 weeks later! We are so thankful to Dr. Simmons. He exhibited some of the best bedside manner I have ever experienced! We will be forever greatful to him for helping our daughter! Also, the reception staff were very nice. They have a play area for the children (our 3 year old loved it and didn't want to leave). It was all in all a place I would recommend to anyone needing Orthopedic help.”
