“Felt well taken care of throughout my pregnancy, during delivery and after. Dr. Is very patient and answers all questions and explains procedures in great detail. Dr. Delivered my 2nd baby arrived early to hospital and was quick and calm to react to complications. After delivery he patiently explained the reason for his decision and i was given great followup care. Office staff, nurses and Dr. Treat you like family are friendly and caring. (I visited the Algonquin and Elgin offices). Too bad I can not say anything close to that about my 1st pregnancy with another Dr, whom rushed me thru everything visits and delivery not to mention after care.”

“Interesting that the person who noted that they didn't bring their animal in to the office mentioned details only obtained by going inside... I did bring my furbaby inside and I'm really glad I did! I mean, sure, it's in a slightly odd location and does look a little run down, but my concern is the care they give, not updates made to the building. First, they were the only vet office in the area who didn't immediately cut me off when I asked about the potential need for a payment plan if things got too costly and despite the possibility of delayed payment, the nurse showed enough concern for my little girl to ask about the issues she was having and made sure I was able to get an appointment yesterday even though they were fully booked. Unfortunately, I didn't make it due to a carbon monoxide issue in my home. I called back today just as they were closing up but they still let us come in for an appointment. The vet is excellent, doesn't try to make bigger issues of things than they are, listens to what's going on, makes sure all your concerns are addressed before you leave and is very knowledgeable and straightforward. I'll definitely be back with her brothers!”
