I didn’t feel like they were trying to up sell me on products that I didn’t need. I noticed the same standard of service provided to other customers over the phone as I was waiting. A lot of places say your “family” but I have to say this was the first time I truly felt this claim to be true.

(January 2, 2023, 12:06 pm)Squirrels did damage to gas line on our Ranger. Took it to Bernhard for repairs as we had good luck with them in the past. Again, repairs were made timely (over holiday weekend) with great results. Most of all I would like to say how responsive they were to our needs. We heard from them several times to let us know status of the repairs .. great customer service. And friendly on top of that! We will definitely use them in the future. Thanks!!
