Fantastic experience! First of all, this is the first time I’ve ever visited a medical provider that actually saw me at my scheduled time rather than making me wait for 30-45 minutes after I arrived. Second, the service was great. I was in and out within 20 minutes and could hear again. I highly recommend.

I was seen promptly when I arrived by the audiologist. When be tested she made it very clear what I was seeing on the screens that she was looking at afterwards. She was very informative with letting me know what some of my options were and had me to all to the doctor who again explained the severity of my hearing. I was there maybe a half hour and had a referral sent to Wash U. and another hearing aid appointment. Very impressed.

Always have a positive experience here. The staff and assistants are always looking after everyone’s needs. Feel comfortable every time I’m in the office.
