(September 22, 2020, 9:29 am)Renew Mind and Body Wellness is a hidden gem in Columbia, Illinois. The facility as well as the services offered are stellar. I would high recommend participating in a "sound bath" as well as a float. I cannot say enough good things about this wellness center!
