From check-in, to seeing the doc, to picking out glasses, everyone was super nice and helpful! Easy, smooth experience with friendly staff!

My visit was pleasant and stress free. Arrived on time. Was seen on time. Results were unchanged, vision is no worse or better so all is well. Staff was courteous, caring, and friendly.

My glasses decided to break on Christmas morning. Called Clarkson in Waterloo the following Monday. They were able to schedule an appointment for me the next day. Had the exam and selected a new set of frames. New glasses will be here in a couple of days. Everyone at Clarkson was so nice. Definitely 5 stars!

Super good experience st Clarkson Eyecare located in Waterloo Illinois. Staff and Dr. Bush were very professional and had great sense of humor and answered all my questions and concerns. Dr. Bush and his staff at Waterloo Illinois have my highest recommendation.

Dr. James Hollman was absolutely amazing and helped correct my distance which I never thought was a problem until meeting with him. I’ve already recommended him to many of my friends and family, highly recommend this location due to the wonderful staff and doctors.
