Very clean clean! Heather is awesome! She made me feel very comfortable, walked me through the gym. Showed me how to use equipment. I feel more confident just walking in the place, knowing that if I have a question or need help it’s there!

Can’t say enough about the wonderful job Heather does here in our area. She takes the time to get to know each of her patrons personally and supports them each individually where they need it. Her one on one approach makes you feel valued and seen as a person not just a customer and her feedback encourages you, as a whole person, to reach the goals you’ve set for yourself. If you’re signing up for a challenge or just looking to improve on your own, raise the bar will definitely help with the process.

I really enjoy it a lot. It is clean and the people that are there let you get your workout in and are very respectful.

This gym is fully equipped with high quality equipment and plenty of space to safely push your limits and reach any physical goals you have whether it’s just trying to lose a few pounds and tone up for summer or become an elite power lifter or prepare for a bodybuilding competition or raise your general strength level and improve your speed in the off season so you can take your sports performance in Jr High, High school or college to the next level and as a member you can access the gym 24 hours a day!
