Belleville Animal Clinic

i have to give this Clinic a 5 star rating. If there were more stars i would give them. We had to put our Daisy down 2 weeks ago. The process of letting her go was horrible, but the doctor and the vet tech were amazing with us. We were going to be getting her ashes back. When I went to pick them up, I was in awe at how much love we were shown. I not only was given my babies ashes, but inside a nice bag from Kurrus Pet Services, was a sympathy card, a mold of her paw print, a death certificate, her ashes were put in a very nice box with a sticker on the back with her name, DOB and death on it, a laminated paper in loving memory of her with the rainbow bridge on the back, a lapel pin of a dog with a halo and angel wings, a key chain with her name and a paw print chip clip. These people are so amazing, this just goes to show how much they care about the pets and people they serve. Kudos to you all.

This clinic is great. They are very patient and understanding. I brought my dog luna in today for her nail clippings and they did great. My dog doesnt like her paws being touched and with being a larger breed they got her comfortable and got the job done! The guy amd gal that assisted were very friendly and helpful.

Love this veterinarian's office. They always have availability. They provide great care to their customers/pets. They provide a place for dogs to use the restroom before their appointment and even provide free bags and an accessible waste container, I just wish owners were responsible and picked up after their pets. It's rude to leave your pet's waste in the grass area that BAC provides as a courtesy to their clients. No matter who I speak to they are always knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I'm glad I changed to this office years ago. Very satisfied with the services and care they provide.

Called and got my cat in that same day. When I arrived, they got him back to a room and seen immediately. He was fully assessed and diagnosed within minutes. They gave him prescription medications right away and everything was so affordable. All of the staff were beyond friendly. By far the best vet experience we’ve had!
