I love the comfortable atmosphere. Each spacious room has seating for at least 2 pet owners, and a couch for the vet to sit with your pet. They offer treats to your pet to build their confidence and try to gain their trust. The rooms are really what were once bedrooms that have been converted into exam rooms. Your pet can walk around and feel comfortable. Most importantly is that they are allowing customers to come in with their pets. I didn't like not being able to accompany my pet in for their appointments. MetroEast also makes house calls if you need it. They are just a bit more expensive, but not by very much...and you do get what you pay for. They are not over booked, they spend plenty of time with you and your pet and explain everything to you.

The vets here always shower my cat with love and pets; I can tell they genuinely care about him. They are always happy to answer my questions. They worked with me for months getting my cat down to a healthy weight (something that no other vet was able/willing to do in 5 years). Can’t say enough good things about them!

When we needed help to ensure our dog could make the transition at the end of his life, MetroEast Vet Care was gracious and wonderful. They were reassuring, caring and just made it the best experience considering the circumstances. I'm so grateful to them for helping and I highly recommend them.
