(April 13, 2022, 4:16 pm)I definitely recommend Gateway Storage Mall. The facility is clean and well kept. Units are easily accessible. The property manager Tara knows what she is doing, is friendly, and personable. I felt that my stuff was safe and secure with having someone and sometimes Jada (the furry four legged office security guard ) on-site. If I ever need storage again, I will return to Gateway!

They have always been very quick to respond by phone and by Facebook pm when I had any questions. They offer online payment and automatic monthly payments for convenience, which was great!
I highly recommend Gateway Storage Mall for anyone looking for a storage unit! -

They generously provided me a lock that was more secure than the one I was using because they care that their customer's belongings are secure. Then when I needed to move into a larger unit, they did not make me finish out the current month before moving into the new one. They graciously prorated my rent and allowed me a couple of days to move out of the old unit. As long as I live in the area, I will use this company because it is evident that they care about their customers.
