  I utilized their plumbing services. The plumber was very knowledgeable and understanding. Went above and beyond to inform me on my situation plus gave me good advice on my AC as well.

  I called Morrison to install a hot water heater at a moments notice. They came out within 30 minutes of phone call, professionally and very courteous. Provided an assessment and price quote. They even found a way to fit me in by having another team come out with a new hot water heater working an hour to install. Will recommend them to anyone based on my experience.

  I have done a lot of business with Morrison this year and have met and worked with many of their team throughout the entire organization - starting at the staff that answers the phone and continuing to the HVAC installation & service, plumbing, and most recently sewer repair.
  
  They are a class act and have many experts on their team. They work very hard and don't cut corners. They are not the lowest price in town, but are worth it for the quality and end results of everything they do.
  
  My unexpected sewer repairs took several trips and many steps to complete including: pulling the toilet to scope the line allowing them to diagnose the damages and put together a comprehensive work scope second to none ever processed with my insurance company. Their work scope was complimented by the claims adjusters and the coordination with the city inspector improved the processes.
  
  This project became more complicated in that not only did we have damaged sewer line on our property, but also that the lateral connection into the city sewer line under the street had to be repaired.
  
  My front yard was dug up 3 times due to the temporary, city, and finally our repairs being made. Morrison took care of us through the entire process . . . made repairs to the sewer line meeting all the local codes, repaired the public sidewalk, and had sod laid to make the repairs in our yard immediate instead of waiting to allow seed to germinate and leave hay lying on top of the soil.
  
  We are very happy with the results and as a Total Care Club member highly recommend this organization for any of your home's comfort or plumbing needs. The club membership is like a partnership and we look to be partners for a long time.

  Joel was so nice, informative, and helpful. Him along with Chris and the other wonderful techs are some of the biggest reasons we have stuck with this company for so long. It’s true what they say; a company is only as good as its people. You would be hard pressed to find a better group of guys in an industry that tries to take advantage of their clients every step of the way. Thanks again Joel for being so awesome!

  I had Zach, with Morrison Heating and Plumbing, come out to our home. It was a routine scheduled visit in conjunction with our Morrison Membership. Zach along with the Morrison’s, money saving, Membership is an awesomely explosive combination. I had been having problems with our furnace turning off and on by itself at odd unexpected times. So, our Wednesday’s maintenance visit was detrimental to having consistently balanced and regulated heat in our home that I could control. Zach is a friendly interactive communicator. He thoughtfully shared his plan of action in terms I clearly understood. I explain the problems I had been experiencing with our system. He immediately identified the cause of the problem and got our furnace up and roaring like new. Zach is very knowledgeable and put his professional knowledge to task with ease. I am exceptionally happy with the work Zach performed. Should I have additional heating and/or cooling needs, I'll call Morrison Heating and Plumbing and request Zach in a heartbeat. I highly recommend you do the same.
  
  P.S. If you haven’t taken advantage of Morrison Heating and Plumbing Membership, I greatly recommend that you do. The membership is worth its weight in gold.
