We started at the Illinois showroom where Jacob offers very helpful bathroom displays and samples. During our several visits, we were treated with courtesy and helpfulness.

Our designer spent lots of time with us and was so very patient. Our project manager made one visit but responded quickly to later texts. Throughout, especially during an unexpected delay ( we were away), office staff stayed in daily touch with us. Many thanks and kudos go to that Grandma!!
The work was scheduled and substantially completed as planned. Tub, shower, vanity, shower doors, toilet. We separately contracted electric and new mirrors and purchased our own vanity, toilet, faucets and towel racks. Derek installed all.
Finally, our appreciation and thanks to Derek for his work. He did it all quickly, with no interruptions or absences, and met all our requests!! He is a skilled tradesman who seeks perfection and always.....always....maintained a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Btw, the actual products they sell are high quality and beautiful.
We contracted Jarvis Electric for changing outlets around and a new fan. Excellent service. Martin Glass was cooperative and also did excellent work in our project.
For a typical price, you get service and quality that are atypical in today's business world.

If you’re going to get windows installed in your home do it with Jacob! They came to my house and went through the whole process which was painless. Reps kept me informed via email, text and calls. Installers showed up on time and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves. It didn’t even look like I had work done on the house. If you want hassle free installation with lifetime warranty go with Jacobs. It’s worth your money and time! My new windows look and function GREAT!!! The night they were installed we had a bit of a wind storm. I felt no air pushing through the window or temperature change in the bedroom. I’m satisfied!

We had Jacob remodel our master bath and it is fantastic love it! Also had them install a sunroom at our old home which we loved! I go to them for all of my remodeling needs.

Kevin and his team did a fantastic job with our windows. They went above and beyond to clean up as they work. Left absolutely nothing behind other than fantastic windows.
Also thank you Terry our salesman for being a great person and making us feel like family. He sent us a card and spoke of our dog. Overall this has been an amazing experience. From start to finish!!!
