Bella Milano O'Fallon

We were delighted with our experience at the Bella Milano O'Fallon restaurant, largely due to our exceptional server, Tony. From the moment we were seated, he set the tone for a memorable dining experience with his warm welcome and quick attention to detail.

What sets Tony apart is his fantastic sense of humor, which added a spark of joy to our evening. He had an impeccable sense of timing—always present when we needed him but never intrusive. Moreover, his suggestions were spot-on, guiding us through the menu with ease.

His superior customer service skills were evident in every interaction, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another table to serve. Tony truly elevates the dining experience, turning it into something extraordinary. Five stars! Ohhh, try the Southern Bella drink! You're welcome 😊

We celebrated my parents 60th Anniversary here. We had originally reserved the outdoor patio but the weather was to be very hot during the day so they called to see if we would like to move it to one of the indoor rooms. This was very thoughtful of them. Britanny was excellent to work with in planning the celebration and walked through everything with me. I felt very confident that everything would be perfect, and it was. Upon arrival, e were greeted by several employees and every one of them was helpful. Our server, Dana, went above and beyond to make sure our celebration was everything it could be. Drinks and food were served in a timely matter, food was hot and cooked perfectly. We would definitely return here for future family and friend events!

We were glad to be so close to great restaurants. I absolutely loved the service and my food. The entire staff was friendly. My son loved his Alfredo pasta. The only negative was the kids pizza, which was delicious but did not go over well with younger pallets. The onions and basil were great, but it was a hard sell to a 6 year old.

Love this place. Great atmosphere when you want to step away from regular chain restaurants. You MUST get their house salad; I would literally eat it every day. This time I got their zucchini sticks and Substituted the meat sauce for a cup of their aioli they serve with the calamari and it was a wonderful combo. Would recommend if you are in the metro east and want to try something different. This is so much better than the large chain Italian restaurants that shall remain nameless.

Great meal. Fried Ravioli. Fettuccine Alfredo with Angel Hair Pasta, Chicken Milano, Chicken Curry Soup all was delicious!
