  I called before coming to the storage to get my stuff and the customer service was so nice and they directly me perfectly. As A first time user of the space there, I wasn’t sure how the check out process work but it went so smoothly like I’ve done it multiple times because the front desk were so caring and helpful and it didn’t take long at all even though people were coming in and out every second! Truly recommend extra space to anyone who wishes to keep their items with them💯💯❤️‍🔥

  This is a great place! Everyone needs their own code to enter the building and you can only access your floor with your code. That's some good security and cameras are present too. I feel my belongings are very safe.

  I stopped at this facility in College Park, MD for assistance in locating foam packing peanuts. Although they did not sell them, Sean Lee-Tobin was incredibly helpful, generous, and professional in helping me locate a source for these. He could have simply said they weren't available and sent me on my way and his job would have been complete. He took the extra time to make suggestions, search on his phone, and point me in the right direction. His customer service skills were outstanding and his kindness was very much appreciated.

  I remember passing by this location while it was being built. Recently booked my first unit ever with them as the other reviews led me to this decision. BUT I must say after visiting and viewing the location myself, I am pleased as to how clean it is for one — not to mention the great customer service. (Sean is awesome!!). Seems super safe as well. Great place overall !!
