Friendly staff. The room was very clean and designed beautifully. Free breakfast was nice. I would stay here again. It is a safe feeling area.

I stayed recently for 10 days. Just to let you know I am a Platinum frequent traveler in multiple airlines and have stayed all over the US and overseas. This hotel has to be one of the cleanest and friendly staff I have ever met in my life and travel!. Everyone is very helpful but the cleaning crew is out of this world. I have never seen so much detail and help from everyone at a particular hotel at this service level. The furniture, appliances and room size are incredible. If you are in Dallas this is the place to stay!! Also the area is fantastic and lots of restaurants near by!

From beginning to end, the receptionist was kind and helpful when assigning me a room. And it has been years since I’ve stayed at a hotel without a single complaint. Everything was clean and organized. No complaints whatsoever. Absolutely amazing stay!

We stayed at this Homewood Suites for nearly 6 months due to a fire at our home. We could not have asked for a better stay. Everyone who worked there is extremely kind and thoughtful. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had lots of events for guests. Blanca, the housekeeping manager, does a tremendously good job. And last but not least, all the front desk staff were very kind. They made this difficult situation much easier and we would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was amazing from beginning to end. We were able to check-in quickly, our room preference was honored, and the front desk was helpful with any questions we had. The property is kid friendly which was a plus for us. The basketball court was nice too! The suite was large and clean. We accidentally left an item and was able to call and retrieve it a few days later with no problem. The Wednesday happy hour was a nice touch as was the breakfast. Each employee was welcoming. Recommend 10/10!
