Bi State Termite & Pest Control

So today was my quarterly treatment and a tech named Chad came out. I had not met him yet as he did not do the initial treatment (unfortunately)! This man was a complete rock star!!! I happen to be on the phone when he arrived but when I looked out the window he was already at it. He started by taking care of any spider webs around the entire house. At this point was my first contact with him and he was such a genuinely nice person ( he even offered to move two 50lb boxes off my front porch because of my shoulder) he actually used a high pressure application instead of a back pack! He will definitely be my technician until he retires! I also want to mention any time I have talked to the girls in the office, they have ALWAYS been extremely nice, so I can’t leave them out! My experience with Bi State started with a termite inspection for a refi on my house, the man who did that (forgot his name) was second to none!! If your not using Bi State, you are definitely making a mistake! And don’t even get me started on the price, I don’t know how they do it! Thank you all for your EXCELLENT customer service!!!!

Best investment for your house and everyday living! We started with an annual termite inspection and then added regular spraying for pests (ants, spiders, and other icky bugs). While spiders are good for the environment and eat their share of bugs naturally, we had some pretty large and persistent Monster Spiders that got to be more irritating as time went on. No more thanks to Bi-State!
