Dawn was fabulous to work with for my wedding! Her flowers/arrangements were beautiful especially since I went in and had very little input to give her since I know very little about flowers. She was very patient with us as I sent her the few ideas I had and changed my mind about what I needed a few times. I got a lot of compliments about all the flower arrangements and the coloring of all the flowers. I LOVED everything about the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, table decorations, etc. I would 100% use The Flower Factory again and recommend you do as well!

These ladies were super sweet and helpful when I walked in. I had ordered flowers for someone special, from another florist, and was not happy with how they looked. I had ordered the flowers a month ago and decided to pickup and deliver them the same day. In a last attempt to fix the disaster of flowers, I decided to stop by here to see if they could fix them before I delivered them that day. The wonderful lady and owner there took them, re-cut, rearranged, and spruced them up in a very short time and didn’t charge. Highly recommend for the great work they do. They will have my business from here on.

I was in town from NYC with my wife visiting family. While there, she also celebrated her birthday. So I got some flowers from here and they were fantastic. The owner was so kind and put together the nicest bouquet. Will definitely return next time I’m in freeburg.
