In the actual aisle there is a mini computer you can use to determine which size wiper blades you need which did work but the guy at the counter was happy enough to confirm the selection.”

“I just moved back to the Shiloh area , and bought a New Tradition homes house, I wasn't sure at first, because they were 20000.00 less the the builder across the street, but they were in the school district that I wanted to be in. I looked at several other new homes just to make sure, and I couldn't believe the quality and options that I was getting with there house compared to others. The realtor said they do a lot of upgrades that are standard, that you will pay for with the other builders, but they just don't allow a lot of customization. the builders did say that was spot on, and that was the reason he was able to offer the homes at such a lower price, they didn't need to have staff to manage changes and unlimited options( witch his house had more that any other builder close the the price range) . I am glad I when with New Tradition homes”

“Mom LOVES her home here! She mentions it almost every time I call her. She's very comfortable in this smaller facility and feels safe here. Jen, the Director, is Awesome! She's very responsive; she totally understands our mom's situation and is always open to our recommendations for her care plan. She even offers some effective suggestions of her own. Staff is good. There's 2 or 3 who really look out for Mom and her needs. Covid got in the way of the planned activities for a bit but staff still finds ways to get mom engaged. My sisters and I are thankful that Mom is being cared for and will alert us when something seems out of the ordinary (3 of us 4 are out of state).”

“Dr. Bough is wonderful HOWEVER the office staff if obnoxiously rude and unprofessional. Prior to surgery I left 3 messages for surgical scheduler which were not returned. The medical assistant did not call to advise special medication, that would take 10 days to get, would not be refilled unless we scheduled appointment - the appointment had been scheduled 5 weeks prior and we have been seeing the doctor for 8 months. Truly a poor way to run an office. I would give them a 3 but Dr. Bough is so good I couldn't do that to him.”

I do wish that there was more physical space for professional drivers, hence only four stars, but the staff in the convenience store area was very helpful in resolving an issue in the fuel aisle today regarding another "professional" driver. Would be nice if this staff could teach some drivers how to be courteous also LOL Thank you again!”
